About
Built by someone who bought blind.
When I started looking for my first property in London, I had no idea what I was doing. Two purchases fell through before I finally got to exchange. Two rounds of legal fees, surveys, mortgage valuations. All lost. Each time, the same question I could not properly answer: was this place actually worth what they were asking?
The data existed. It was sitting in government databases, freely available under open licence. But it was buried in spreadsheets, inaccessible to anyone outside the industry. Estate agents had it. Developers had it. First-time buyers did not.
That is the imbalance BrickIntel is built to fix.
